What is a good workplace made of?
We are proud to have some of the most reputable people in the field working for us. This is not a coincidence. We consider each recruitment carefully. We want to know the people who are going to shape Reaktor.
We expect a lot from ourselves. You have to be good at what you do and willing to develop yourself.
On the other hand, work must be satisfying. At Reaktor, we are passionate about our work, and we support and encourage each other. We face difficulties together and learn from them.
Reaktor is a great place to work, but even so we do not encourage living at work. Our working day is 7.5 hours. The rest is reserved to our families, our friends, and our hobbies.
If you think you are up to the challenge and would like to join us, click Open Positions. Please note that our company language is Finnish, therefore we expect you to be fluent in both spoken and written Finnish.
Work is a laboratory to the inquiring mind
Our professional development is not limited by lack of opportunities.
Motivating projects
Our wide range of customers provide opportunities to participate in major projects for leading companies and organizations. Facing challenges together with leading experts is the best possible training. We use technologies and methods that make sense, selected by those who will use them.
Top colleagues
Many internationally-known experts and thought leaders in the field work for us. We do not keep our expertise to ourselves, and sharing knowledge is part of our culture.
Versatile training
Every year we organize training events on topics that support our own work and our well-being at the workplace. For instance, in our coding and sales camps we focus on, well, coding and sales. Our regular Open Space events are about shaping the company's future together. We understand that well-rounded people make the best employees. Reaktor also has several hobby clubs – from marathons to fly fishing.
