Reaktor Is the Strongest in Uusimaa in 2010

Suomen Asiakastieto has certified Helsinki based Reaktor Innovations as the strongest company in Uusimaa in 2010.

Reaktor, founded in 2000, is a software company that helps big companies and public sector organizations succeed in demanding information system projects. Reaktor has paid special attention to the well-being of its 140 employees. The company has been voted the best place to work in Europe in 2008, and the best place to work in Finland in 2008-2010.

Reaktor has always aimed for and has achieved growth. In the last fifth of the fiscal year 2009, the company's turnover reached 16,7 million euros. Its profitability is very good and balance sheet remains strong. Reaktor was awarded the highest possible classification AAA by Suomen Asiakastieto.

The strongest company in Uusimaa in 2009 was Golla Oy.

Certified companies survive recession

The strongest companies in the 20 provinces and the strongest company in Finland, awarded in November, have achieved the highest possible Rating Alfa classification AAA by Suomen Asiakastieto. The certified companies were chosen from the SME sector, and have turnovers of 2-50 million euros.

Even in tough times, the certified companies have a very small risk of payment defaults or bankruptcy. They have established their activities and published their latest financial statement information. These companies are strong partners to their stakeholders.

This is the fourth time Suomen Asiakastieto certifies the strongest companies in the provinces and in Finland. The companies certified in 2007, 2008 and 2009 remain in excellent financial state, despite the recession of the past few years.

Uusimaa is second in the amount of strong companies

14% of the 108 000 classified companies in Uusimaa have achieved the strong (AAA, AA+) classification by Asiakastieto. This percentage is the second highest in all provinces, after Pohjanmaa. In all of Finland, an average of 12,5% of companies are strong.

The relatively strongest industries in Uusimaa are the financial sector (29% of companies are strong) and energy production (43%). Based on company classifications, the strongest municipalities are Kauniainen and Espoo.
