Reaktor Participates in Developing Test Automation Tools and Practices
Reaktor joins the Agile Alliance workshop on creating patterns for Acceptance Test Driven Development in February. The workshop is a part of the Agile Alliance Functional Testing Tools program, which Reaktor has been actively involved in from the beginning. The goal of the program is to enhance the utilization of test automation tools in Agile software development teams. The directors of the program are Elisabeth Hendrickson and Jennitta Andrea, who are the leading experts in the field.
The Pattern Workshop is held in the United States in February, and its participants include the best experts in the field. Reaktor's testing expert Juha Rantanen has been invited to attend the workshop.
”The main focus of the Functional Testing Tools program used to be on developing functional tools. The tools development has now proceeded so well that it is time to focus more on the process of agile acceptance testing itself. In the ATDD Pattern Workshop we will combine practices and methods that are known to be good, and discuss solutions to most common problem situations”, Rantanen explains.
