  • How to ensure that the organization is more productive after adopting agile methods?
  • How to encourage a team to self-organize and self-direct?
  • How to solve problems and remove obstacles effectively?
  • How to nurture a culture that encourages collaboration?
  • How to lead a team to take responsibility over their work?
  • How to deal with conflict and feedback?

Participants are expected knowledge of Scrum and at least one year of first-hand experience with using Scrum.
