Certified Scrum Master

The Certified Scrum Master training is focused on enabling Scrum Masters and team members in their work, implementing software projects with Scrum.

The training arms participants with a body of knowledge to support effective collaboration with Scrum teams and Product Owners. After taking the course a Scrum Master can facilitate the successful implementation of a Scrum project and educate the project staff and stakeholders in using Agile methods and Scrum.

Participants will take an online test on Scrum fundamentals after the training as part of the CSM certification. The test must be taken within 90 days of attending the training, and the participants will be informed via email. We recommend participants prepare for the test by reading the Scrum Guide.

The course fee includes a one-year membership in the Scrum Alliance, and privilege to the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) attribution.
